Back to school: Wellbeing Week and Enterprise Awards

Our founders Kenny & Dammy returned to their secondary school - Balbriggan Community College to partake in two of the schools initiatives. Moments like these are a reminder of how far the foundation has come and the meaningful connections that have been built along the way.

Enterprise Award at Balbriggan Community College
On the 22nd of May, our founders were thrilled to present the very first Enterprise Award at Balbriggan Community College, created by the school in honor of Femmy and her entrepreneurial legacy. This award was designed to encourage entrepreneurial spirit and innovation among secondary school students. This year, Kenny proudly presented the award to Jacqueline Ho, a remarkable Transition Year student whose passion and creativity stood out.

Wellbeing Week at Balbriggan Community College
As part of Wellbeing Week, Dammy delivered an informative cancer awareness and self health advocacy talk to the senior cycle students. A non-uniform day and bake sale was also organized by the school to raise funds in support of the Femmy O Foundation, showing their generosity and commitment to making a difference. It was an amazing experience being able to return and share the foundations mission story as well as receiving support from the next generation.
