About Us

The Femmy O Foundation was created in loving memory of Femmy Olaniyi, a cherished daughter, sister, teacher, and friend. Her unwavering faith, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to learning continue to inspire those who knew her.
As a devoted Christian, Femmy spent her Sundays teaching and mentoring young children in church, instilling values of kindness, resilience, and faith.
As a passionate entrepreneur, she successfully managed her own nail business while pursuing her studies. Even as she bravely battled gastric cancer, she remained determined, graduating with a Business degree from the National College of Ireland—a testament to her perseverance and ambition.
To honour Femmy’s legacy of determination, innovation, and generosity, her family founded the Femmy O Foundation with two main goals:
Support Cancer Awareness
We provide resources on cancer awareness, prevention, and early detection, promoting self-health advocacy through education and social media. A portion of our proceeds supports organizations dedicated to cancer research and patient care.
Empowering Entrepreneurs
We award a grant annually to small businesses or emerging entrepreneur looking to launch or grow their venture. We also aim to provide resources and a supportive environment for individuals starting their entrepreneurial journey.  This initiative is in honor and dedication to Femmy’s grit and ambition in her own personal business endeavors.
Vision Statement
A world where every aspiring entrepreneur has the resources to succeed, every learner has the opportunity to grow, and every individual is empowered with the knowledge to take charge of their health – honoring Femmy’s legacy through empowerment, education, and advocacy.Â
